The main reason you may get locked out of your account is because your password was entered incorrectly more than three times. Passwords are case sensitive meaning you need to know whether you password is in capital or lowercase letters and if it has numbers in it. It must be entered exactly as you entered it the first time you saved it. Another reason you could be locked out is because you let Windows (or whatever internet browser you are using) save the password for you. You should never let your browser save your CU Online password for security and login reasons.

Yes, it is important for you to notify the credit union if your e-mail address changes. What we do with your e-mail address is, if you are signed up for e-statements, when your statement is prepared each month, we then e-mail you to let you know that your statement is now ready to view. Keep in mind that we will never ask you for your personal information by e-mail. Also if we do not have the correct e-mail address for you in our system, you will not be able to unlock yourself if needed.
