You have misplaced your credit card – or had your debit card stolen. 

But don’t panic – we are here to help. Please call our Cards Department (217) 919-2107 during business hours. 

If an issue occurs after business hours, please refer to the following contact information:

Report It Immediately: If you suspect that your debit/credit card has been lost or stolen, please report it to us immediately. If the incident happens after hours, please call after-hours debit/credit card numbers.
Card Lock: We can temporarily lock your debit/credit card in the event it is lost or stolen. 
Review Recent Transactions: Carefully review your recent debit/credit card transactions for any unauthorized charges. If you notice any suspicious activity, please report it to us promptly.
File a Police Report: If your debit/credit card was stolen and used locally, consider filing a police report to document the incident. This can be helpful for your protection.

Visa Text Alerts

If you respond “yes” to Visa Text Alerts, please allow 15 minutes before using your debit/credit card.

Hold/Frozen Card

In the event your card has been put on a temporary hold or freeze, please allow 15 minutes before using your debit/credit card.
